Descriptions of CIP cleaning system
The CIP system is installed on a frame and supporter which is easy for transportation especially for exporting, the operating principle of the full auto CIP cleaning system means that the tank body, pipelines, pumps and all valves and also the whole processing line are cleaned on line no need to disconnect the pipes or the equipments, all cleanings are done at the closed circuit.
The CIP Cleaning system is too carry out circulation cleaning under the condition that no need to open the equipment (tank, pipe, pump, valve etc.) and the whole producing line. The CIP system is controlled by Siemens PLC, full-auto controller. The plate-type heat exchanger will heat on line, the concentration test of acid alkali, the upper and lower liquid level of tank, control valve, all use imported products with high quality. Main components of CIP cleaning system
1. CIP cleaning liquid storage tanks (include acid tank, alkali tank, hot water tank, clear water tank).
2. Two not big storage single layer tanks for concentrated acid and alkali.
3. CIP forward and return pumps.
4. Two diaphragm pumps for acid/alkali concentrate.
5. Heat exchanger (plate or tubular type).
