It adopts double-knives, double-moulds, and double-embossing. One machine can produce two kinds of products with different specifications.
Using gear combined with double-shafts when changing specifications can save much time.
Each part of the equipment is mounted with differential device for phase correction during the process of operation.
The integral machine is driven by chain or synchronous belt (Opti belt, made in Germany) and round arc gear combined with gear case; The key parts adopt NSK bearing (made in Japan) for smooth transmission, prolonging the lifetime of the machine.
The products can automatically arrange themselves in line.
