1. Brief introduction
Greenhouse control system plays an important role in the development of agriculture and provides anti-season vegetable, shortening the period of crop growth, and raise the survival rate of crops and so on. It has strong interference resistance, powerful, stable and reliable, the hardware is high performance, industrial level of imported 32 bit ARM micro controller and imported components, has a strong stability. The circuit boards is made with antiinterference circuit and C language programming software, has good scalability, which can realize a variety of functions. The greenhouse vegetables control systems support GPRS, wifi, SMS, computer serial port and a variety of control mode, photoelectric isolation has 8 road input, 8 wireless alarm input, 8 road relay output, 8 AD wireless output socket, 4 road AD input, 4-way AD output.
JMDM - VG01 is mainly used for the real-time monitoring of agricultural vegetable greenhouses and handle some emergency in the greenhouses in time in order to understand the status of the growth of vegetables efficient and in a timely, and avoid unnecessary waste of human resources at the same time. Control the equipments in the greenhouse by remote controller By remote control, it can avoid the happening of the accident effectively and reduce the labor intensity of managerial personnel, and lt also can feedback all of the date to the administration by message, then improves the automation degree. It is more flexible than wireless communication.
2 Hardware
The 32- bit ARM MCU is the master control chip for JMDM - VG01, the controller has strong anti-jamming capability, powerful, stable and reliable. It includes the follow hardware
1)8-way digital quantity input, 8-channel relay output. The wiring and the programming can be made based on the requirements of the customer. Such as: Input can connect to switch, button, the human body induction sensor, the infrared correlation sensor, smoke sensor digital quantity input module, etc. Output can control lighting, water valve, motor, solenoid valve, valve, relay device etc...The maximum voltage is 24 VDC the maximum load current is 10. A and the maximum continuous current is 8A for Relay driver.
2) The resolution of the LCD is 128 * 64, it can clearly display all system parameter. Such as temperature, humidity, co2 concentration and light intensity. When don't need to display, the user can set off.
3)4 road 0-10 v A/D transformation input (analog signal input), 4 road 0 to 10 v D/A analog signal output. Such as: Input can connect to all kinds of analog sensor, soil temperature and humidity, soil ph sensors, etc.; Output can control frequency converter and adjust motor speed and the flow of proportional valve.
4) Wireless WIFI module. Real-time monitor control system by connecting the computer, mobile phone or a tablet to wifi connection control system. The operation is simple, convenient and quick.
5) Wireless GPRS and message module. Insert SIM card (only support mobile card), the system can support GPRS Internet, SMS control function, then you can control the working state of the control system via text message, it also can real-time monitor the system through Ethernet, achieve no region limit monitoring
6) RF315 wireless receiving module. It can receive multiple sets of 315 radio frequency signal and then make corresponding output, 315 wireless module
7)RF433 wireless transmission module. It can wireless control the multiple sets of 433 wireless module and save a lot of wire.
8)RS485 communication. It can control and read carious peripherals by connect 485 interface to other peripheral equipment for networking
9)Temperature, humidity, light, CO2 acquisition module. It can real-time view of vegetable greenhouse, temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO2 concentration and control to grow vegetables in the best environment
