Application:
This single phase multi-rate din-rail meter is a kind of single phase two wire three tariffs (time-sharing billing)active energy meter, this single phase multi-rate din-rail meter completely accord with relevant technical requirements of class 1 single phase active energy meter stipulated in international standard IEC 62053-21. This single phase multi-rate din-rail meter can accurate and directly measure 50Hz or 60Hz active energy consumption from single phase AC electricity net. This single phase multi-rate din-rail meter has seven digits LCD displays shows various consumption data and information. And there are far infrared and RS485 communication module in it.
Functions and features:
1.35mm standard DIN rail installation, complying with standard DIN EN50022. Or front board installed (mounting holes center distance 63 mm), users can choose any one by themselves.
2. Have three tariffs, may select 12 daily period of times. You can set the date arbitrary which can automatic read the meter every month. May select single tariff function in weekend. (Please specified when ordering)
3. May select cycle display (default) or push the button itemized display, it can display 14 data at most. Can select the data which displayed. The decimal median which displayed can choose set one or two.
4. There are far infrared and a port of RS485 communication data. It is use for setting and reading the meter. Set and operation have password protection, communication agreement complying with standard DL/T645-1997.
5. Single direction measure single phase two wire active energy consumption. It is nothing with direction of the flow of load current. Single phase multi-rate din-rail meter Complying with standard IEC 62053-21.

Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
