(1) we can produce aluminum rod, aluminum bar, aluminum pipe, aluminum tube, and aluminum hollow profiles of different shapes
(2) aluminum alloy could be 6061,6063,6060,6005, 6003A and other 6000 series, we can also produce 7000 series aluminum extrusion profiles
(3) Heat treatment could be T5 or T6,
(4) surface could be anodizing, powder coated, electrophoresis coating, electrostatic spraying, mechanical polishing, woodgrain. Tens of colors is available.
(5) The aluminum extrusion profiles have good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, high strength, color uniformity, smoothness
(6) Customizing is available, we will do all the works after you give us the drawings or samples. We are willing to provide aluminum extrusion profiles of high difficulty, special shapes or other requirements
(7) We are equiped with high-tech machines for the machining processing, so we can do the machining processes like drilling, carving, punching, welding, polishing. We have more than 50 CNC machines, so we can offer very high grade processing
