Product Description
1. The hopper drier is the equipment for the order of our clients, it has force-draft and electrical heating device.
2. The temperature is controlled by the temperature regulator and to and hot-water room of the hopper, in the process of heat exchange, the smooth hot water will take away the wet air through infiltrating in the resin granule and material.
3. The granules can be dried continuously after getting down gradually, so that completes the drying process.
Precise Remote Control & Safe Operation
1. Use the highly precise temperature controller in order to make the error range of the temperature regulation less than ± .
2. Equip superheating protective device in order to accidents of the machinery failure caused by superheating during machine running.
Feature
1. The heat is distributing equably. The thermal efficiency of the high heat exchange is very high, which greatly shorten the drying time.
2. The dried law materials have high temperature so as to drop directly, which can shorten the melting time and increase the shooting speed.
3. The intensity of the dried products are obviously increased after cleaning, which avoids the finished products shrinking. Therefore, the law materials can be 100% passed.
