3...How bag filter works
Wide availability of liquid filtration equipment. It can effectively remove liquid particles of different sizes, so as to achieve liquid filtration, purification, separation, recycling purposes.
Components: Filter container, filter basket, filter bag. We can install many bags in filter container according to customer requirements. The liquid enter into the container through side or bottom. Filter bag expand symmetrical in case of liquid wallop. The liquid will be out from bottom as well as the impurities stay in the filter bag. When the filter process has completed, the operator just loosen the bolt and rotate the hand wheel to enhance the cover to remove filter bag, then clean or replace the filter bag.

2. High precision filter which is used to every kind of particles or suspended solids, filtration can range from 1 to 800 microns.
3. Effective filter area is big and 5 to 10 times compared with other same type filter equipment. That's means it can reduce cost largely.
4. Liquid treat capacity can reaches to 1 to 1000m3/H, the cost is little.
5. The equipment can be used to coarse and precision filter.
6. High liquid treat capacity unit area, small filter resistance, high filter efficiency.
7. When you want to achieve to same filter efficiency, the cost of bag filter is small and life is long compared with precision filter and strainer filter.
8. The filter bag can be used repeating.
