Spring Mechanism
 
1.    Silverstone Electric's spring mechanism circuit breaker is equipped with a modular mechanical actuating mechanism that is based on spring energy storage and free tripping, the simple and handiness allow free replacement, simple and quick setting and secondary accessory replacement, and the service/ maintenance cost can be significantly reduced.
 
2.    Gear transmission is adopted instead of conventional chains, and the transmission efficiency can rise to 98.5% or higher.
 
3.    The overall mechanism is composed of 6 sections namely energy storage spring, energy storage dynamo, driving axle, shaft, trip and lock catch. The dimensions of driving section are reduced to 30% of conventional spring mechanisms. Based on considerable structural optimization and reduction in overall volume, the space occupancy rate is restricted to 60% of that of conventional mechanisms.
 
4.    All drive components are made of special materials by high-precision machining, such that the overall mechanical life and stability can be considerably improved. Its mechanical life is up to 20,000 times, which at least equals to twice the lifespan of conventional spring mechanism.
 
5.    The spring mechanism is equipped with a mechanism controller that is capable of the functions such as bounce prevention, coil burning prevention, control supply low-voltage closing rejection and alarming. Its control current is light, and either AC or DC power supplies can be utilized.
 
Permanent magnetic mechanism
 
1.    Silverstone Electric's permanent magnetic mechanism circuit breaker is equipped with a mature, reliable and new-type permanent magnetic operating mechanism, and the failure rate is extremely, such that the circuit breaker is maintenance-free, and the accounting life is up to 100,000 times.
 
2.    High coincidence of motion characteristic of permanent magnetic actuating mechanism and the arc quenching characteristics of vacuum arc extinguish chamber ensures that the electrical endurance of circuit breaker is substantially increased to up to 30,000 times depending on different arc extinguish chamber selected.
 
3.    The permanent magnetic mechanism is equipped with a permanent magnetic mechanism controller which has functions like the bounce prevention, coil burning prevention, control-supply low-voltage closing rejection and alarm. Its control current is light, and both AC and DC power supplies can be utilized.
 
4.    When the power supply to external control circuit disappears, the circuit breaker can conduct reliable opening-closing-opening operation once such that the power supply stability of the product is greatly improved.
 
5.    The permanent magnetic mechanism is provided with mechanical/manual opening function; its opening speed is identical with power-driven opening speed, and on-load opening can be performed in case a fault occurs.
 
6.    Silverstone Electric's VCB series take the lead in implementing perfect interchange and integration of permanent magnetic mechanism and spring mechanism by 100%, the space can be reduced by 50% or higher than that for traditional products, and various types of requirement can be fulfilled.
