Ceramic Honeycomb Filter for metal melting:
Honeycomb ceramic filter plate are widely used in metallurgy and casting industry for the filter of melted metal. Use mullite, cordierite, as its material and quality high density channel have endowed the products with good heat compression resistance and high casting temperature resistance, besides, flat channel design of honeycomb ceramic filter enable the balance between air flow rate and strength, and to remove the contaminants and cast particulates effectively, which hence improve the casting mechanic capability, surface look and product pass rate greatly. Series of products of new material honeycomb ceramics takes the key part in environment protecting industry, which includes industrial waste gas, waste water purified, rubbish burning etc., at the same time, it is the first choice for the material of heat exchanger, regenerator, Gas stove etc., which relates to environment protecting product.
At melting metal liquid at ceramic hole eyes, in order to removing metal the refractory piece, alloy and melt the inclusion, such as dreg, etc. The ceramic filter of honeycomb still plays a peculiar rectification role, can get steady and fast solution laminar flow, can prevent bubbles from entering, avoid the harmful effects that cause by the turbulance makes the metal oxidize and splash by the solution. Straight channel ceramic honeycomb filter is widely used in the metallurgic plants of casting and foundry. With high mechanical intensity and heat-resistance, it is used to get rid of the metal impurity, refractory scrap, solid refractory alloy and sinter. As to reduce the air vent of casting, improve the quality of casting and reduce the casting cost.

*Gas combustion distributing plate-distribute uniformly and make the combustion complete, saving energy more than 10%
*Refractory kiln furniture-low bulk density, good thermal efficiency
