Comparing with the use of the standard landmark insertion technique, ultrasound guidance can substantially increase the accuracy and speed of catheter insertion, reduce the risk of complications, and improve patient outcomes. Ultrasound Guided Insertion of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) using Modified Seldinger Technique (MET) by Registered nurse (Rns) has been considered the gold standard of North America. Vascular Access Ultrasound Guidance System with needle-guide can be used for the placement of PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter), CVC (Central Venous Catheter), Dialysis Catheter and Oncologic Ports.
