General Introduction

Flexible Rubber magnets are compound materials made by mixing ferrite magnet powder and rubber. Pressing or rolling makes the finished flexible rubber magnet. Because the material has good plasticity, the finished flexible rubber magnets or semi-manufactured flexible rubber magnets can incise, stiletto, slit or back up other materials randomly, have good antisepsis and difficult demagnetization. The raw materials are plentiful, so the price is lower. Flexible Rubber magnets are natural Flexible Rubber magnets or isomer Flexible Rubber magnets. Natural rubber magnets have weak magnetism, are used on iceboxes, presswork and marketing and promotion premiums. Isomer rubber magnets have strong magnetism, and are used in such applications as micro-motors and magnet toys.

1. What is your MOQ? 
Usually our MOQ is 500 pieces. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2. Can I get samples? 
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. 
3How long is the sample lead time? 
For existing samples, it takes 1to2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new molds or new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request. 
4. How long is the production lead time? 
It takes 7to15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity. 
5. How much is the freight charge? 
To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity, such as 2000pcs fridge magnet, 10, 000pcs of bracelets, 2000pcs phone cases, etc. They are not heavy, if shipped by express, it takes 3-5 days to reach, but freight charge is not higher than that by sea. 
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you. 

6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? 
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique. 
7. Which kinds of certificate would you have? CE, ROHS, SGS, REACH. All watches is lead, cadmium & nickel free which can meet European & USA standard.

About Ferrite Magnet

Ferrite, also known as ceramic magnets, are made of a composite of Iron oxide and barium carbonate (BaCO3) or strontium carbonate (SrCO3). Widely available since the 1950's, this material is commonly available and at a lower cost than other types of materials used in permanent magnets. Ceramic magnets are made using pressing and sintering. Sintered magnets are a type of ceramic composed of the compressed powder of the alloy material being used. Sintering involves the compaction of fine alloy powder in a dry and then fusing the powder into a solid material with heat. While the sintered magnets are solid, their physical properties are more similar to a ceramic and are easily brokenand chipped.

Ferrite magnets are brittle and hard generally requiring diamond wheels to grind and shape.

These magnets come in a number of different grades. Ceramic1 is an isotropic grade with equal magnetic properties in all directions. Ceramic grades 5 and 8 are anisotropic grades. Anisotropic magnets are magnetized in the direction of pressing. The anisotropic method delivers the highest energy product among ceramic magnets at values up to 3.5 MGOe ( Mega Gauss Oersted). Ceramic magnets have a good balance of magnetic strength, resistance to demagnetizing and economy. They are the most widely used magnets today.

Beneficial characteristics of ceramic magnets include their low cost, high coercive force, resistance to corrosion, and high heat tolerance. Drawbacks include their low energy product or "strength", low mechanical strength, and the ferrite powder on the surface of the material which can rub of and cause soiling.

Pot Magnet

This Neodymium or ferrite ring magnet in a steel pot is countersunk. It can be fastened with a countersunk screw. The steel pot substantially increases the holding of the magnet, but requires full contact with the opposing part, e. g. A steel plate. Magnets in steel pots don't have much effect into the distance, i. e. They are not suitable to attract item from a distance, but they are very well suited to hold on to a pieceof metal in full contact.
