Designed for small batch of piece dyeing to implement the recipe and process technique for bulk production Best partner for both atmospheric and high temperature dyeing machines.
It is suitable for dyeing fabric of 100% cotton, Poly/cotton, 100% Polyester.
Acrylic, Nylon, ramie, viscose rayon, ramie/cotton, etc, with available capacity ranging from 5 to 100kg pergatch.
The machine body and major wetted parts are made of highly corrosion resistant stainless steel.
Lifter reel is driven by inverter controlled motor to minimize the slippage between fabric and lifter reel and ensure the lifter and fabric running at the same time.
Unique designed stainless steel centrifugal pump makes dye liquor to keep certain pressure and flow rate Thus ensures fabric smooth delivery in dye liquor.
Jet nozzle of pure overflow construction provides more strong osmosis of liquor circulation for fabric delivery.
