Hot/cold rolled plate and sheet delivered from stock
Titanium plate and sheet are hot/cold rolled from forged titanium slab or billet.
Annealing is required to relief the residual stress inside of titanium for reasons of dimensional stability and restoration of properties.
Retimet are continually to supply titanium plate and sheet arrays from most typical commercial pure grade (titanium Gr1 to Gr4), to high strength or advanced corrosion resistant titanium alloy such as titanium Gr5 (6Al4V), titanium Pd alloy (titanium Gr7 and Gr16), titanium Gr12 (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni), and other most popular grades.
Quality assurance & Inspection
Titanium plate and sheet are trimmed and sheared smoothly, surface free from any contamination, nicks, dents, scratches, grinding marks or any other unexpected defects.
All delivered plates and sheets are leveled and annealed to maintain flatness and packed in strong wooden box, separated by plastic / paper between each other. On request, PE plastic film could be covered on titanium plate and sheet to prevent scratches created during transport.
Detailed testing report EN 10204 3.1 could be provided separately by email/mail or along with the goods.
