On-site Integrated Medical Waste Treatment Station (MWO80, MWO160)
Description: Capacity 80kg/cycle and 160kg/cycle, 1t/d-2t/d around, fully automated process, highly integrated on a skid-mounted seat.
Application: Suitable for on-site and in-site treatment of medical waste in hospitals.
Characteristics: Easy to operate, occupying small space.

1. Operating Principle
Medical waste are put into autoclave vessel under saturated steam with temperature 134° C(273° F) and pressure 0.22Mpa(32psi) in 45 min to get fully sterilized; Then the sterilized waste sent to shredder to crush into short pieces. The final treated medical with volume reduction of 80% and weight reduction of 20% can achieve the microbial inactivation LOG4 (99.99%) and finally become ordinary city refuse for safe landfill.
