Introduction:
502 Supper Glue Aluminium Tube Filling & Sealing machine is used for filling 502 supper glue into metal tube with fixed quantity and folding the end of tube. A dual four-fold sealing is reached after each single position of rotating. Step-less speed regulation is applied. Photoelectric device is also used in the filling process, no tube, no filling.
Working procedure:
The worker feeds the tube into the index plate tube base (16 places) manually, then the machine drives, locates, fills, seals automatic. Photoelectricity inspect confirms whether there is tube in the tube base. No tube no filling.
Structural features:
The filling quantity and speed is easy to adjust. The computation precision is higher and stable. Changing the tube base can make the machine suitable for the tubes of different diameter. Sealing figure is beauty and trim and the sealing is tight. All the parts touching the material are made of high-quality stainless steel.
