Oxygen sensor introduction
Modern spark-ignited combustion engines use oxygen sensors and catalytic converters in order to reduce exhaust emissions.
Information on oxygen concentration is sent to the engine management computer or engine control unit (ECU), which adjusts the amount of fuel injected into the engine to compensate for excess air or excess fuel.
Failure of these sensors, either through normal aging, the use of leaded fuels, or fuel contaminated with silicones or silicates, for example, can lead to damage of an automobile's catalytic converter and expensive repairs.

Quality control
When pruchasing oxygen sensors that are not original ones, you should pay attention to its quality.For some factories' oxygen sensors, mulfunction will occurr in 2 months after installation.Besides of gasoline, the reasons for this problem are organic silicon and silicate from its materials.
What's worse, it is so harmful and is easy to cause false positives.That will affect the engine problem such as exhausted emission and intaken air combustion.Before delivery of the oxygen sensors, we will test the sensors with the test method of resistance and propane method to check if it is working normally.
Our oxygen sensors can be used for 30, 000-50, 000 miles in normal working condition.
