We accept payment via Western Union or T/T or Escrow or paypal.
At least 30% payment in advance, the balance payment before shipping.

B: Customized package---5-20pcs/bag, 50-100bags/ctn, (it's needs extra charge, please kindly note that the balloon is small, and it's packed by hand, it's will become very slow for the special package. )
