Rapidly reduces the temperature of 60kg hot foods from +70° C to +3° C in 90 minutes, from +70° C ~ -18° C in 240 minutes, the advanced air flow design ensuring even product chilling/freezing that eliminates product dehydration and ensures food is maintained in the best possible condition.
