Pluse bag precipitator is consisted of several independent chambers and top gates,each chamber has a certain quantity of bags.
The smoke including dust goes into inlet flue of step shape,evenly distribute into each chamner.the smoke goes into chamber through shunt piping with tamina above dust hopper,which makes the lamina and baffle rotate equally,distribute ai flow upwards,prevent dust outside bag,the clean air goes across the bas and entries outlet tube controlled by valve.
Each chamber cut off air flow periodically,compressed air pulse spray into bag through venture tube,clear away the ash block settled on outside surface of the bag,make the ash fall into ash hopper and dischare through ash hopper exit.
