Production ---paintting

2. First step we use dresser to Polish the crater which can make the tube surface very smooth and make the face of weld the same level.
3. The second step we take physical way( frosted by speciall sand before spray paintin)to remove the rust which make the painting with strong adhesive forceand not easy be scratched and rust agsin
4. Spray painting: First time it's painting ordinary powder baking 50 minutes to 1 hours with 200 degree
5. Cool down the machine then painting again: Second time painting the flashing silver powder, baking 50 minutes to 1 hours with 180 degree
6. Our common colors are silver, black, grey, red and yellow. Except these color, we can make according to client's request

Seat color and leather
1.2.5mm PU leather, Chinese top grain leather.
The leather surface can be bear heavy scrape, also very soft and not easy be broken in winter.
Painting

1. Carbon dioxide welding.
2. All the tube cut face we have open models to make sure the connected face connect with each other without a too big gap, than can make a very beautiful welding surface.
3. The very important way to make the machine keep the same shape is that we make lots of jip and fixture as photos when the machine be welding.
4. Only through jip and fixture can make sure all of our machine's biomechanics motion trail professional and not changeable.

Warranty
1) We promise three year for main frame, one year guarantee for easy broken parts.
2) When deliver, we will sent some easy broken parts to customers for free.
3 )If the machine have below problem, here is our solution:
A. When the goods arrived customer's gym, if find lose some parts, just send us by mail, after confirm, we will send the match parts immediately B. When the goods arrived customer's gym, if find the machine have any problem, we will instruct how to fix or send our person to fix. If for the quality problem, we will try to fix it, if cannot, we can change a new machine for you.
4) After you get the products, we will still be responsible for you, and provide good after-sale service, for we want to establish long-term business relationship with every customer.

5) Generally the machine 5 year's update one time, during in this time, any parts lose or broken, you will share the cost price of part.
