Features:

Machine breakdown handing

The machine could occur breakdown during it's working, breakdown handing can be divided into two types: un-stop working and stop working

. Un-stop working breakdown handing

A. Found that the roller engraving embedded in a small amount of paste piece of grain or fluffy stuff, etc, could use small copper wire brushes brush away at the roller point. If it doesn't brush away, stop the machine working and then removed it.
B. Found very fine stripes on the roller surface. Could use small fine stone roughing it at the roller point, if it doesn't roughing, stop the machine working and send it to the carving workshop repair. It's rarely found this breakdown in chrome plated roller.
C. If you found the depth color is different between both sides and middle place, could adjust the pressure on both sides, or adjust the spacing between axis and roller, don't to make it too much tight.
D. If you found the axis, roller or other parts are loosing by strenuous vibration, you should fasten the screw and nut in time.
E. If you found mis-pattern, could adjust it by machine working slowly .
F. When the blanket is shifting, could adjust it by pull the chain wheel to assigned position.
G. When found the cloth has staining situation, should turn big the drying steam valve, to increase the steam temperature and the cloth dryness.
H. When found the cloth or blanket tension is too big or too small, should adjust the speed between units or tension device in time, make sure supply proper tension.
I. When the moisture of Water scrubbing cloth sides is unevenness , could adjust the axis sides pressure.

Stop working breakdown handing

There is nick on the doctor blade or doctor blade became blunt, it will cause barriness or roller dirty and rough, you should stop the machine working to rasp it.
If there are too much fiber nap between doctor blade and roller, stop the machine working, use a welt cloth and knot in a head on one side, loosen the heavy hummer which hung on the doctor blade, hold on the another side of welt cloth, swept from the knife edge, it is much easy clean the knife edge.
If the roller has defect, stop the machine working, tear down the roller, send it to the carving workshop to repair.
The inner hole will enlarge after the roller working for a long time, cause roller axis and roller loosen and can not straight the pattern, at this time, you should stop the machine working, tear down the roller, pad the knife paper, re-install & tight it.
When the fabric is printing, because of the steam is not good or tension is too big, cause to decollation, and even the fabric twine to other parts, it will cause big accident, you should stop the machine working and breakdown handing
The roller bearing is damaged and emit heat, make the motor load increases, do not use the cold water to watering the bearing, you should stop the machine working, change another axis and add lubrication grease
If it's long time breakdown handing you should connect the leaer fabric or conductive line, close the steam valve in time, and release all pressure of roller
After breakdown handing all, should start it machine in accordance

Machine maintenance:

Frequently check the safety valve, water valve, bearing, transmission parts etc, makes the action flexible and reliable.
Before start the machine each time, add the rule oil to each machine each parts.
Clean the machine each week.
