SYSTEM COMPOSITION
The smart prepaid system consists of four parts: prepaid meter, contactless IC card, IC card reader-writer and software.
SMART MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Smart Management Software has friendly interface and is easy to learn and operate. It can support all SUNTRONT smart prepaid meters
with many functions, such as create file, open account, deal with daily business, sale inquiry, multi inquiry, report summary, read/write
card, input/collect data, print bill and check blacklist, etc.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Managing all the meters, smart and strong.
2. Creating files of different meters.
3. Convenience for operator to open account, recharge, reissue card, cancel account, replace meter, etc.
4. Collecting consumption records stored by IC card reader-writer and then upload to computer for backup.

6. Summing up total purchased amount and money of different sale regions, meters or times.

a. IC Card Reader-Writer
Multi functions and built-in microcomputer, guarantee independent operation after customer registration.
Its main functions are as follows:
1. Suitable for IC cards and prepaid meters.
2. It can charge IC card or reissue IC card if lost.
3. Creating function cards, such as User Card, Check Card, Clear Card, etc. Different IC card
has different function for different use.
4. Reading, writing, deleting, revising data in IC card.
5. Supporting online operation, 6000 pieces of data storage and automatically upload data to
computer. When computer has an unexpected breakdown, it can support offline operaiton.
6. Inquiring records of purchased amount.
7. Display of date and time.
HOW TO USE
1. Customer goes to fee-charging center (or power sale agency & office) and pays for the power/water/gas/heat firstly, then staff will open
account for customer through software and IC card reader-writer and then give him an IC card with purchased amount and relevant user
information inside.
2. Customer takes his IC card to home and swipes it on the induction area of meter and then the purchased amount will be automatically
input into his meter. Then smart prepaid meter will switch on valve to supply power/water/gas/heat.
3. Meter will alarm by showing information on the LCD/LED constantly when there is no enough power/water/gas/heat inside the meter,
the first time alarming amount can be set in advance. Meter will alarm again by stopping work and cut supply when reach to second alarming
amount. Customer can use the remains by swiping his IC card to reactivate meter. When the remains is also used up, meter will stop work
again. Customer can use again only after recharged.

Equipment: We have 260 sets of production and testing equipments, including 7 production lines, more than 20 units of the calibration device such as wave soldering machine, reflow soldering machine, automatic placement machine, plug-in assembly lines, assembly lines, packing lines and etc, which have all meet the production requirement.
Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
Management: We have a high efficiency, innovative, serious management team, and the factory has already passed ISO9001-2008 QMS.
