Stiffening Resin YZ-8818Properties & Applications:Stiffening resin YZ-8818 is a stiffening finishing agent which is made of low-formaldehyde melamine formaldehyde resin. The fabric treated by YZ-8818 not only has highly-elastic stiffness feel, but also has low amount of free formaldehyde. Be suitable for shrinkproof finishing, crease-resist finishing, stiffening finishing(etc.) of various fiber. The fabric is good at stiffness, handle, elasticity and abrasive resistance. It can improve color fastness and brilliance. Also be in a low processing cost.Features and Merits:1. Improve the stiffness, elasticity, softness of fabrics.2. Be durable for water and dry wash. No color effect at high temperature.3. No surface resin phenomenon.4. No fetor during the storage.5. Reduce breakdown and pollution of machining.Specification:1. Use: Can be used with the most of textile finishing agentsInstructions:Padding: Stiffening resin 50~250g/L Catalyst 15~50g/L (The dosage is 20% to 25% of resin's)Padding finishing liquor → Drying → Setting (Processing conditions depend on fabric varieties, generally the temperature should be above 150ºC. If the catalyst can reach its full performance, the application effects of YZ-8818 will be better.Package & Storage and Transportation:Package: 60 or 150 kg plastic drum.Storage and Transportation: Stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Pay attention to sun and heat protection to avoid decreasing its stability and shortening its storage time. Generally, the storage time will be half a year, but only 3 months at above 35ºC
