Not only have ordinary CNC plasma cutting machines' characteristics, but it also have: (1)Cutting surface roughness Ra ≤ 12.5, Cutting surface verticality ≤ 2, the cutting surface of material cut by CNC laser class plasma cutting machine is close to the quality of sheet cut by laser cutting machine. (2)Cutting slot width is about half of ordinary plasma cutting. (3)Cutting dimensional accuracy is about twice as ordinary plasma cutting. (4)Cutting speed is higher than laser cutting, especially medium plate. (5)Using life of electrode and the nozzles are longer than general ones. (6) Equipment investment and operation cost is only about 1/4-1/10 of laser cutting machines.
