Detailed Function: BR-3K Automatic Bus Wash is designed according to CE standard and controlled by Japan Mitsubishi PLC. BR-3K is mainly for washing different types of buses with functions of high pressure washing and brushes washing. The advanced touch screen has functions of easy manual operation and easy automatic operation. BR-3K can adjust the washing distance between brushes and bus surface according to the size of bus to clean every corner of the bus. BR-3K is equipped with fault self-check alarm system, bus size automatic checking system, fault solving system, washing counting system and so on. The equipment is designed according to high level safety standard, fully automatic control and high reliability. Major electric components use international famous brand with steady performance and low fault rate.
Wash Process
1. The driver stops bus at the right place.
2.Photoelectricitysensors check the whole wash process→high pressure rinse→foam spray→top brush washing→left and right brush washing→high pressure rinse to clean every corner of the bus
