Production Process

Artificial Stone:crystallized glass stone is made from glass grains and bottom slab.

Firstly:stir the raw material SiO2,NaO2,quartz sand and etc.chemical materials,make them sintered to be glass grains under the 1500 centigrade in the stove for 25 hours.

Secondly:put the glass grains into the water,to cool down their temperature and make them more harder;then dryed them and put them onto the bottom slab,sinter the glass grains and bottom slab to be crystallized glass stone under about 1000 centigrade in the roller kiln for 25 hours.

Thirdly:Polished the finished product,and fill the surface pore with epoxy resin AB glue freely for customers,other extra processes are as customer'requirement and on customer's account..

Fourth:pack the tiles into wooden box,and pack the big slab with wooden frame


Advantage:

3,not be polluted and wash the dirty away easily,it is good environmental protection building material.
4,pure colour'luster is homogenized,also stone material is homogenized,so it has the natural and soft texture,and the colour is durable.
5,it is possible to heat the panel to be bent or arc panel directly,so it is more economical and time saving than other stone for bending and arc panel.
6.pore-free surface,and there are pores inside and side face.
7.1cm thick tile is available.
