MACHINE INTRODUCTION----------------------------

From 50g/h to 200kg/h active chlorine output, you will find the one suitable for your requirements, following photo is the water treatment system.


1) we dissolve salt in the dissolving tank into 25% concentration salt water;
 2) Pump through filter;
 3) Diluting 25% salt water into 3% salt water; ( If your machine near the sea, than sea water can be used instand of salt water)
 4) Pump into the machine for electrolysis;
 5) The sodium hypochlorite liquid come into storage tank;
 
if the dosing system is needed, then we can go on:
 6) We'll set up one water flow meter to get the flow data refer to system;
 7) Use dosing pump to send the liquid into the pipe mix up with the water in the pipe mixer;
 8) After that, there is another chlorine detective device, testing the concentration of chlorine in the water;
 9) The data from the second detective device will be received by PLC centre, and control centre will control the dosing pump according to the the data. Sodium hypochlorite produce from Salt & Water (brine) or Seawater on your own site. Sodium Hypochlorite is a chemical compound with the formula NaOCl. Sodium Hypochlorite solution, commonly known as bleach is frequently used as a disinfectant or a bleaching agent.

The electrolysis: This part is the heart of machine.2mm thickness titanium, 25 times plating, for those high concentration machine, even higher to 40 times plating!

The power: Ship-level power, with higher effeciency > 95%, other's only 80%, that means you can save 15% electricity with our machine, also it got excellent performance on the resistant of  corrosion, moisture, dust etc. 
 
By dissolving salt in water(or use seawater) , which results in a concentrated brine solution. The solution is electrolyzed and forms a sodium hypochlorite solution in water. This solution contains 150 g active chlorine (Cl2) per liter. During this reaction the explosive hydrogen gas is also formed.
                                                  Cl2 + 2NaOH + → NaOCl + NaCl + H2O

 
 How dose the system work?
         In simple terms we pump seawater or brine through an electrochlorination cell (the electrolyser).
         We apply DC electricity to the cell and the resultant product at the outlet of the cells is Sodium  Hypochlorite (NaOCl).
 
        We pass the NaOCl straight to your process or we can store it in tanks for later dosing/shock dosing.          
         NaOCl when mixed with water in your process in sufficient quantities can prevent biofouling, kill bacteria and prevent the growth of algae. 

 
 Advantages:
1)It can easily and be stored and transported when it is produced on-site. Dosage is simple.
2)Transport and storage of sodium hypochlorite are safe.
3)Sodium hypochlorite is as effective as chlorine gas for disinfection.
4)Sodium hypochlorite produces residual disinfectant.
