Mechanical filter:
Mechanical filter, made of rubber lined steel or stainless steel material, plays an important part in the pretreatment preparation of pure water and water purification system. It can group into  natural quartz sand filters, multi-media filters, activated carbon filter, manganese sand filter etc according to different filter media .
 
 
Used in the treatment process, mainly for turbidity water treatment, reverse osmosis, and pretreatment preparation of ion exchange softening desalination system
 
 
Also used for sediment removal of surface water and underground water. Inlet turbidity less than 20 degrees, the outlet turbidity up to 3 degrees below.
 
 
It can be widely used in electronic power, petrochemical, metallurgy electroplating, paper textiles, pharmaceuticals dialysis, food and beverages, drinking water, factories and enterprises water, swimming pool. It also can meet the needs of liquid filtration in various industries

Working principle:

The filter is separated by filtration principle to the successful development of separation equipment, oil filter - special walnut shell filter media, walnut shell large specific surface area, strong adsorption, the characteristics of the large amount of sewage interception, removal of oil and suspended solids. The device has both automatic and manual control mode. Filter, the water flow from top to bottom, the water distributor, the filter layer, catchment, the filtering is done. Stirrer flip filter backwash water bottom-up, the filter thoroughly clean renewable.
