Q. What are the payment terms?
A. 30% deposit upon confirmation of order and 70% balance TT before shipment.
Q. Can the air compressor be customized according to preference?
A. We welcome all request and customizations. In fact we are excited to jointly develop new ranges of products together with our clients. CAD drawings will be sent to our client for approval before samples are made.
Q. Do the factory offer OEM products?
A. Yes we can do OEM if our clients authorized us the copyrights.
Q. Are spare parts readily available?
A. Spare parts are prepared within 3 days or we will deliver FOC. We stock all spare parts and will courier in urgent cases. Parts are readily available and affordable.
