1 Pearl pigment easily disperse in various systems, and because the lamellar structure of pearlescent pigment can not withstand high shear, therefore, Yortay Pearl pigment should be added in the final stages of the coating processing, when the shear is very low.
2 Because the pearlescent pigment color and luster is generated with the interference of light, so you should guarantee the coating be transparent, prevent mixing with high covering pigment, otherwise it will reduce or eliminate the pearlescent effect.
3. In order to obtain the desired luster effect, you should take the directional arrangement of pigment into account when you are using the pearls. To obtain fine and soft luster, you should try to make completely horizontal directional arrangement;
If you want to get the sparkle luster, you should make the arrangement of the pigment be disrodered.
