A1: For the lamps,we have 3 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side in this period,
free parts can be provided for necessary replacement.
Q2: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A2: For small order,express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much
time. For urgent orders, We suggest via air or airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q3: What is your payment policy?
A3: 30% advance payment by T/T, 70% balance should be paid off before delivery
Q4: Can I have samples to test?
A4: Yes, we are pleased to supply samples to test and check quality, mixed sample order is available.
