Finseen Cloud IP Alarm. The basic alarm system consists of a alarm host--central receiver, a motion sensors, a door or window sensor, remote control. The installation of the kit is very simple because everything except the alarm host, wireless works. Paste or screw the sensors anywhere you want and connect the alarm host with cable to the router. Your tablet PC or smartphone tells you which room which sensor is triggered , when the batteries need to be replaced, or if the internet loose connection, and so on.
The iPhone and Android app works flawlessly. For example, you will be logged on automatically, even you exit the app, it will still work always and keep pushing you message once alarm trigger.
All the settings of your alarm system can indeed control just on APP, the sensor/zone name, to learn the sensor, the delay time, the number of users, the languages, everything is clear and it keeps the system low threshold, user-friendly that can be easily use by everyone. 1. Service principle
1) Finseen provides easy,reliable, speedy service to all Allarm products under our warranty.
2) The warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of shipment.
3) The product warranty does not cover the quality problems of product which are caused by natural disasters or human error such as the damage caused by high voltage. Customers need to pay maintenance costs for the damages caused by natural disasters or human error. We provide maintenance of products which are within the warranty period.
2. Service Promise
What we offer: We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase;
we will also repair alarm free of charge within 24 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use; and finally our limited lifetime warranty( if repair is required after 24 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is according to the cost of the replaced materials.
