The production equipment are perfect including 4 sets CNC lathe, 12 sets EDM machine, 5 sets linear cutting machine, 5 sets precise grinder machine, 16 sets miller machine and 12 sets injection machine(between 35T and 400T) and a batch of driller and lathe machines. Our factory also has a production line for normal painting and a production line for UV painting. We have an experienced engineering team for mould design by using advanced and excellent design software(PRO/ENGINEER12001, SoLID Works 2004, PRO/E of Field Fire, MASTERCAM, Cimatron, UG, AutoCAD), Which establishes foundation for superior precise mould production.
