1.What is virgin hair?
It is unprocessed hair, no colored, no curled
It has more cuticle than remy, collected from one donor, it is the same direction hair.
It Is cut from one persons head & sewn in the same direction hair naturally grows.
Unlike other commercial hair The Cuticle is just like nature intended it to be.
Texture is silky soft.
It is very soft and lustrous.
The natural straight hair texture can wave up when wet.
Great for all textures ( yaki/wavy/curly ),

2.What is the hair material source?
Our hair material comes from Brazil,Russia,Europe,Indian,China,
Malaysia, Vietnam, and Burma.
3.How to distingush human hair and synthetic hair?
A: human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell:
When burning, the human hair will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning
and will show black smoke. Moreover,
human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends.
It is normal and not a quality problem .

5.Can our own hair be worn up when we use the hair pieces?
A:Sure, the Extensions should not be applied any lower than the base of your
scalp (about even with the middle of your ears)
and so your hair under this point covers the extensions
while you wear it in pigtails, ponytails, french twists, french braids etc.
6. Should we pay attention to any questions before we wear the hair pieces?
You should wash out the oil stains from the scalp and hair, otherwise the pieces will easily fall off.
7.What's the right way to take care of the hair pieces?
1. Wash, condition and MOISTURIZE your hair every 2 - 3 days.
The hair pieces do not receive your natural scalp oils
and so need to have moisture added every wash.
If you don't moisturize your hair extensions they will become brittle
and break easily leading to split and ratty ends.
2. Treat them with respect. They will not grow back if you yank at them with a brush,
burn them with the blow dryer, kill them with chemicals.
Be nice to them - they cost a lot of money so make sure you get your money's worth.
3. Always brush out all knots before you wash your hair, swim, or sleep.
Start at the bottom and work your way up slowly using a paddle brush.
Make sure you wash in between the braids to
keep your scalp clean and free of bacteria.
