This year we will have three 2850-500 crescent former tissue paper making machine whole line from 2850-500 crescent former tissue paper making machine to Stock preparation line ( one is virgin pulp for IRAN, one is waste recycle & virgin pulp for Uzbekistan, one waste paper for Algeria ) and then Rewinder and slitting machine also with the auxiliary equipment etc.

This 2850-500 crescent former tissue paper making machine has been working in Sicun Province. During the second test running day, it's working speed is 600m/min and with 13 GSM basis weight. The steam consumption is 2.2 tons steam/ton paper. With our own production Steel Yankee dryer, the whole machine electric consumption is 300 degre/ton paper with the crane and lighting.
