(1) What's your payment term ?
 
Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.

Sign contract-- Pay deposit-- Production--Pay deposit--loading -- delivery 
 
(3) What's your delivery time ? 
 
It is based on the size for your trampoline park. Normally it takes about 20 working days.
 
(4) Is there any warranty for the trampoline park?
 
Yes, .Our quality guarantee is 5 years for frame & 2 years for mat. We will provide you free customized design according to your location.
