Complete series of removable pull-out type facial tissue folding machines are used to fold facial tissues into chain-type cross-folded rectangular pieces after the base paper is cut with a knife roll; the folded facial tissue can be pulled out one by one by each pulling, so that the facial tissue can be used conveniently and kept clean. This kind of machine adopt vacuum suction and automatic fold counting function, with such advantages as high speed, neatly folding, and easy to operate etc.

1 complete size, with cutting length of 170mm,180mm,190mm,200mm,210mm,220mm; with width of 4 lanes, 5 lanes, 6 lanes, 7 lanes, 8 lanes, 9 lanes, 10 lanes, and others length can be ordered.
2 .Fully automatic controls:  frequency conversion speed regulation, real-time monitoring, change of parameters.
3 Longitudinal cutting knife, edge embossing device are air-bag type, separate front and rear independent pneumatic control, so that it's easier to adjust. Alloy cutting blade and bearing steel pinch roller are endurable.
4 It's maintenance free and gets the high-precision transmission because of the overall machine adopts synchronized belt and flat-belt transmission and cone pulley tension adjustment.
5 The machines are designed into wallboard and overall steel base plate with firm structure to ensure stability of high speed machine running.
6 Pneumatic constant-pressure unwinding belt, automatically get adaptable to base paper diameter.
7 Pneumatic left/right synchronized paper feeding mechanism greatly reduces labor intensity.
