Operating Procedure:
1.Open the heating switch to make the heating panle and the concerning parts reach the appointed temperature.
2.Put the PE film or PP on the loading frame,adjust the concerning device.
3.To make it into inside of the seam machine through hem machine by man-made.
4.Put the elastic and pass the ultrasonic seaming machine to avoid the kick-back.
5.Open the ultrasonic seaming machine slowly. Adjust the seaming roller's pressure while the main machine is working normally. Make two sides of the seaming stable.
6.Adjust the cutting knife points,to make sure the right cutting place.
Attention:
1. Switch on the ultrasonic welding machine and then switch on the main motor, for avoiding ultrasonic welder broken by overload.
2. Before switching on the main motor, the worker should guiding the material to the welding mould by manual for producing normally.
3.The ultrasonic rollers' pressure should be right .If too high will demage the ultrasonic generator.But if too low, will not stable.
4.The pulling force of two sides for elastic should be balanced.
5.All bearing should be open regularly and check to fill in the oil.
6.All parts' force (Welder, cutter) should be adjusted properly to reduce the load of whole device
VI.Repair and Maintenance:
1.To check the knife edge regularly and repair in time.
2.To check the abrasion suitation of seaming point,adjust the pressure in min while make sure the right seaming suitation.
3.To check the roll material plate in time.
4.Make sure the right pressure of the cutting knife pressure otherwise will damage the knife.
5.Check the mould bearing regularly and put the lubricating oil in time.
6.Check all parts if they are working in gear and nimble.
