Railway Plastic Pad Rubber rail pad

Our Railway Plastic pad is for e type rail fastening systems and rail pads for SKL type rail fastening systems. We supply ZW664, ZW686, ZW686a, ZW687, and ZW687a types.
We also produce and supply rubber rail pad for Nabla rail fastening.  Rail elastic pad is in rubber, EVA and HDPE for rail fastening systems. Rail elastic pads are used for e clip rail fastenings to preclude and buffer impact, increase friction and reduce vibration. We produce rail elastic pads in rubber and HDPE.

Rail pads are elastic polyurethane pads, installed directly under the steel rail. They have a defined stiffness to increase the elasticity of the ballasted superstructure. The improved load distribution yields greater passenger comfort and less wear on the superstructure. It can be made of HDPE, EVA, rubber, and EPDM to preclude and buffer impact, increase friction and reduce vibration. We produce the rail pad for E type rail fastening system and SKL type rail fastening system

We can supply rail pad with a thickness ranging from 5mm to 25mm thick. Pads made of metal bonding are used to reduce extensive vibrations.
