How long does it take for shipping?
Orders are shipped by TNT or EMS from our Factory and shipping time is typically 3 to 5 days depending on your location. BASH is fully certified for Dangerous Goods shipments by air.
How strong is your adhesive?
Our adhesives have been tested using industry standardized testing procedures and provide improved performance properties over most OEM adhesives. For a detailed look at its specific physical properties please see our Tech Data Sheets.
What is the expected shelf life?
Properly stored - the adhesive has an estimated shelf life of one year. For best results, we recommend that you use the adhesive within 6 months of production. Elevated temperatures will reduce the shelf life of any adhesive so refrigeration is an acceptable means of storage. For optimum shelf life and performance, store adhesive upright away from direct sunlight in a cool area or fridge. Store between 50-70 F degrees for best results. Refrigerated adhesives may stay fresh for in excess of two years.
Can you match other suppliers' adhesive colors?
The lab in our production facility has all the necessary pigments to match nearly any color. Using our extensive adhesive color line up we have matched more than 5000 colors for Stone, Quartz, Solid Surface, including those matched by our competitors and more. However, if you have a custom color requirement and can provide a sample of the product - we can do that too.
What is the cure time for the adhesive?
The open time for our standard adhesive is approximately 10 to 15 minutes at 75F. Handling strength can be estimated at 2X the open time. Please refer to the technical data sheet for the product cure times.

How can I get the color we want ?
As usual we recommend that you can send us your sample slabs for color matching, we will match color special for you; if you use the regular color item , like Dupont Glacier White and LG- Pearl white ( just for example ) we must have matched this color already, you just let me know the color item No.
Who is using our adhesives?
We have customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, Mexico, Asia and the UK from small fabrication shops to large-scale production facilities. We also manufacture adhesives for private label customers, including some of the major manufacturers of solid surface.
Directions
1. Please read the directions on the outer package of the products carefully before use.
2. Remove the cover and unplug, clean up the blockage if there is any. Please make sure that glue A and glue B flow out at the same time before you put the mixer. Only after the mixer is put and fixed to the glue gun, can you begin to apply the glue. In order to ensure the good quality of the glue, please note: Do discard some glue in the quantity of the similar length to the mixer when change a new mixer and make sure to accomplish gluing within hardening period (8 minutes).
3. Please change a new mixer when the pausing time is more than 8 minutes during the gluing.
4. Wear protective glasses, mask and gloves while using glue to avoid inhaling vapor. Please operate in ventilation area.
5. In case that the working temperature is 10°Cbelow, you can adopt the regional heating method (but the temperature should not be above 30°C ). For example, use the coal to heating in the factory, or use the electric fan or sunlamp to heating at site (Should not be too near to the glue. The electric fan should be 1m far way while the sunlamp should be 3m far way at least).

Cautions
The seamless glue for artificial stone is the flammable chemical. Please avoid contact with the skin directly. In case of contact with the eyes, please immediately wash with large amount of clean water for 15 minutes. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after skin contacting. If inhaled, move the suffered one to a place with fresh air , in case swallowed, induce vomiting, and call a physician immediately.
