Desciption
Rubber support is also called rubber bearing of bridge.It is composed of multiple layers of rubber and steel plate vulcanization bonding.Besides,it has enough vertical stiffness,which can be anti-force reliable transfer to the pier top structure.It has good flexibility to adapt to the rotating beam end and to meet the the horizontal displacement of superstructure.
Applications of rubber support for bridge
Different plane shapes are suitable for different bridge span structure,such as orthogonal bridge with the rectangular bearing, circular bearings with curved bridge, skew bridge and pier bridge and so on.
PTFE rubber bearing is suitable for large span ,multi span continuous beam, continuous board structure and large displacement of bridge. It is also used as continuous beam top slider traverse extended T type beam.

Types of rubber support
According to the structure of bridge bearing classification: basin rubber bearings, rubber bearing plate, rectangular rubber bearing, spherical circular plate rubber bearing, circular plate rubber bearing etc..
According to the applicable temperature,rubber bridge bearing are classified as follows:
neoprene: suitable for the temperature of +60 DEG C to -25 DEG C
natural rubber: suitable for the temperature of +60 DEG C to -40 DEG C
three Yuan rubber: suitable for the temperature of +60 DEG C to -45 DEG C .
