A complete automatic back flush wire mesh filtration system consists of the filter vessels, air opreat 3-ways valve, wire mesh covered filter candle.
The heart of the filtration system is a pressure vessel containing a wire mesh-covered, perforated tube. The tube is attached to of the vessel. Fabrication of this assembly is such that any liquid flow, in either top-to bottom or bottom-to-top direction, must flow through the perforated tubes. In the filtration mode of operation liquid flows vertically up through the filter tubes into the pressure vessel dome. From there the filtered liquid is transported to machine.
While the dirty paticles on the filtering cloth-covered tubes increasing, the filter pressure increase, the back flush process will be actinved as the pressure get up to set value.
The OBERY OBF self back flush wire mesh filter is modular design, the filter vessles quantity fixed on one frame can be up to 20 PCS, the filter precision level can be up to 5 um.
