All bearings are galvanized, all bolts are stainless
All metal parts receive a 0.2mm powder coating
All equipment is made from rigid steel and set in a solid concrete base
Shot blast blasting equipment: To clean the rust.
Electrostatic powder coating technics: To process the pipe surface.
Surface Treating for normal climate: Twice plastic powder coated.
Surface Treating for wet climate: First "zinc-powder" coated, then plastic powder coated.
