1,Sign Contract:
We will invite you come to our company to check our production ability and certification before signing
contract.
2,Production:
We will arrange the production once receive the deposit payment. Strickly according to client's
demanding parameters, power supply, frequency, we will make the suitable blue planning. During the
production, we will report you the progress each 2weeks. And take photos on site to show you the
production condition. Also invite your person to supervise producing.
Dongqi will keep you knowing through purchasing steel material, order cooperation parts, accessaries
producing, Ensure the quantity and finish it on time.
The existing crane machinery will take 50days of production time.
3,Cargo acceptance:
After production, please you come to examine and sign the acceptance paper. Also the third part
examination is acceptable.
4,Package:
After signing acceptance paper, we will arrange the package.
1)All girders are packed by woven plastic cloth. Avoid water/rain;
2)Electricals are packed in plywood box, standard export packing.
For some other accessaries,
which couldn't be in box, will be packed seperately.
All package will be taken photos and detail list, feedback to you.
3)All materials shiping-following documents will be in Chinese and
English, so that end user can understand it better.
4)All above details, after your confirmation and balance payment,
we will arrange the shipping
5,Delivery:
1)Ship by Containers: Pick containers into factory to load materails.
Before loading, check containers model and sizes. If inside atmosphere is wet or sundry;
Bulk shipping: Delivery all materials to Port by truck land load on ship;
2)List all details of package pieces, weight and size. Take loading pictures, checked by installing
engineerer to ensure no wrong or lack loading;
3)Install lift legs on big parts for convenient lifting;
4)Fix well all parts and components inside container, on truck and ship, avoid collision; Specially, do rust
preventing and deformation processing;
After-sale servic:

1). Warranty period: 18 months after shipment, 12 months after operation, to the first period shall prevail;
Warranty main body such as girders, not including wearing parts and irregularities;
