Double soil auger for rotary pile drilling
This is SB augers used in foundation drilling tools. We can also supply : SB, SB-2, SB-K, SB-K2, SBF-K, SBF-K2.
The augers are designed for drilling in cohesive and non-cohesive soil above the groundwater level, while the SBF auger series or the conical tapered auger are suitable forbreaking and ripping of hard soil up to medium hard rock.
The augers are available in various configurations such as:
· Flat teeth or round shank chisels ("bullet teeth")
· Wear strips along the auger flights
· Single or double start type
· With or without pilot bit
· With or without collar ring
Range of diameter 520 mm - 2500 mm
The augers are used for drilling in dry soil and in rock. For large drilling diameters or for the use in uncased bores, augers with double start head are recommended.
