A. Re-circulating cooling water dosage: It depends on the actual processing capacity
B. Source of the Re-circulating cooling water: Running water
C. Water drainage facility: The workshop should be equipped with enough floor drain device
D. Air standard for filling workshop: As usual Level 1000( but for this small filling machine, it could be Level 100)
E. Total power consumption: Less than 60 KW
F. Power supply: Three phase 380 V 50 HZ; Independent distribution box
G. It will need about 10-12 persons for handling the processing machines, about 30 persons for the whole project, including the packing.
H. Plant / factory area: About 200 square meter for the machine workshop, the height: More than 8 meters; If adding the area of material (fresh tomato) storaging. Products packing, it will need about 600meters.
