Our company has always pursued business purpose "Survival on Quality and Honesty" in single cylinder diesel engine industry, which means that focusing on new product development and market exploration, resulting in that such nearly 60-year-old enterprise has new development.
Our company was founded in 1956 with RMB 10, 000, 000 as registered capital, locating in Luoyang Town, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Now there are 410 employees, of which there are 62 engineering technicians. The major products are Wuling brand single cylinder diesel, Changtai brand walking tractor, Wuling brand mini cultivator, Wuling brand diesel pumping unit, Wuling brand diesel generating set.
The power of Wuling brand single cylinder diesel covers 2 to 37 kilowatts, involving in more than 100 kinds of models, such as single-cylinder air-cooled or water-cooled, swirl chamber diesel, direct injection diesel, double roller type diesel, condensing cooled diesel, strong-cold-type diesel, electric start-up diesel and agricultural multi-cylinder diesel. Wuling brand S1100 single cylinder diesel was the only national gold products in similar products in China, winning Golden Award of New Product International Fair for several times. The products are widely applied to tractors, drainage and irrigation equipment, power generation equipment, agricultural processing equipment, shipping and agricultural vehicles and other power equipment. At present, we have completed new products development in line with environmental protection, energy-saving requirement and passed environmental certification issued by Ministry of Environmental Protection of PRC.
Changtai brand walking tractor covers four series, namely, CT 101, CT121, CT151, CT181, which has compact structure, reliability and durability feature, flexible operation, greater power, light weight, good universality and seat unit that is convenient for your farming. Such tractor can be used in paddy fields, dry lands, orchards and vegetable gardens. If equipped with appropriate farm machinery and accessories, such tractor can be worked as ploughing, rotary tillage, farming, ditching, seeding, harvest and transportation and other operations or as power for drainage and irrigation, threshing, abrasive dust, feed processing and other fixed work.
Wuling brand mini cultivator covers 1WG3.8, 1WG4.0, 1WG6.3 series with characteristic of compact structure and durability feature. It is a kind of modern farming machinery for working in orchards, tea plantations, mountain terraces, small garden plots, and greenhouse. It can realize turning the soil, breaking soil, intertillage, farming, ditching and ridging and so on. If equipped with corresponding farm machinery, it can conduct pumping, harvesting, power generation, irrigation, spraying, fertilizing, planting, threshing, cutting vines, grinding, etc...In addition, it can pull articulated vehicle to conduct short-distance transport and so on.
We have complete set of production equipment, parts inspection equipment and whole machine inspection test equipment for these five series products. Now annual production capacity of diesel is 200, 000 sets; Walking tractor is 30, 000 sets; Mini cultivator is 30, 000 sets; Diesel pumping unit is 50, 000 sets and diesel generating set is 50, 000 sets. Meanwhile, we have passed ISO9001 Quality System Certification for long period. The Wuling series products are famous trademark in Jiangsu province for many years. The products are sold in whole China and exported to more than 50 countries and regions.
