Description:
The Heat Recovery Screw Air Compressor is a kind of energy-saving air compressor

Working Principle:
When compressor operating, the compressed oil with heat transfer its heat to water through heat exchanger to make the water temperature grow up. The circulating pump constantly sends the circulating water to circulating water tank and recycles with the heat exchanger to make the tank water temperature much higher. As the temperature sensor's transmission temperature reaches above 60C, PLC will open the water pump to send the hot water in the circulating water tank to the heat insulation water tank. When water level in the circulating water tank at lower level, PLC will close water pump and open water inlet solenoid valve to let cold water enter the circulating water tank. When cold water reaches high water level, PLC will close water inlet solenoid valve while circulating pump will open again. The whole process are all automatically controlled by PLC and no needs special person on duty.
