4-Panel & U-Panel Super Bag
4-Panel is our original design. It is very popular in varied industries. This cost-effective 4 -Panel construction is excellent for different applications and is available for custom designed sizes.
U-Panel has two parts. One is 'U shaped'--single piece:side-bottom-side unit, the other is two side pieces.
4-Panel & U-Panel Super Bag have special glued hems on all cutted side panels which reducing strength loss and sifting from sewing lines. All fabric edges are rolled sewn to reduce potential pollution.
Baffle Super Bag
This baffle bag is designed to maintain square shape after filling for maximum use of shipping and storage space. This bag is stable and stackable, and is ideal for products with low bulk densities. It is also an excellent choose for 20-25% space than the normal bags.
The inner baffles use coated fabric sewn across each corner of a 4 panels. The normal width is 55cm, the height is 20cm off the body height. The baffles are double coated which help to prevent pollution. This design is used both 4-panel and U-panel bags.
Circular Tubular Super Bag
This innovative tubular body design(where on the loop sewn parts is double layers) is a linerless option which is ideal for fine and hygroscopic materials.It is also an excellent choose to accept custom designed size.
Tubular construction leaves out side seams which improving sift and moisture resistance.The 4 cross loops are designed to allow for easy forklift access.

Inner Liner Super Bag
Liner is made from polyethylene. There are two options: standard liner and form fit liner
---Standard Liner
The liner with no spouts or contours, it is a straight cylinder, or with a heat sealed bottom. It can be loosely inserted, or sewn in per specs provided.
---Form Fit Liner - Just the same as the outer PP bag
FIBC liners are offered in quality fabrics, making them safe for health. The liners are customized according to the outer bag dimension and type, which makes filling and emptying of the product easier. Inner liners used in FIBC provide sufficient product protection in many ways, such as:
Protection against leaking of material through the bag sides or seams.
Protection against humidity and aggressive atmosphere - possibility of maintaining inert atmosphere inside the Bag during transport of the product.
Options with regards to filling, discharging, and lifting are available for these UV-treated FIBC. Both coated and uncoated fabrics and liner options are also available. These Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) can also be made sift-proof, using filler cord or felt. For different loads a variety of fabric weights and webbings is available and for specific requirements, special bags can be manufactured.

If you are unsure of your products bulk density you can fill a 1 cubic foot box with your product and weigh it. To figure the correct bag size, you will need the bulk density of your product, as well as how many lbs you will need in your bags. Please use this example below:
· Customer wants to put 2000 lbs into a bag.
· Product's bulk density is 50 lbs per cubic foot.
· Take lbs (2000) - divided by - bulk density (50) = bag volume (40) cubic foot bag.
· Then based on the style of bag that you need, please reference the following chart:
