Silicone Ink Prepare Methods:
Mixed Color master batch:
Using it when needing various colors.
For ink to be yellow: mixed with yellow color paste3%-10% to colors! sometimes can mix some white pigment together to get the yellow effect, the adding ratio is depends on the customers printed sample request.
Same process as for ink to blue , Red and other color ink!
For ink to be grey: add 3% of black color paste and 5% of white color paste , the adding ratio is depends on the customers printed sample request.
If need white color,the adding ratio is 10%-15%.
Mix process:
1. Mixed 2-4% CATATLYST curing agent B Part into small amount of silicone ink A Part.
2. The curing agent should be mixed very well, Otherwise,some parts won't be cured.
3. could use thinner for decrease the viscosity,adding ratio 5%-15%,if too much the abrasiveness, durability and adhesion force will be reduce.,so have to test before production is required.
Silicone Ink Drying Methods :
1. According to different thickness of silicone ink, the curing time is different. Normal situation curing time is 50seconds with the temperature of 120-150degree
2.The actual temperature and time will depend on the printing thickness. Naturally drying without any heating is also workable,but should choose fast drying silicone ink .
